1. Donations
All payments made through Razorpay are treated as voluntary charitable donations.
Donations are not payments for any goods or services.
2. No Refund / No Cancellation
Once a donation is successfully processed via Razorpay, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
As a charitable organization, we follow a strict no-refund policy for donations.
3. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional situations, such as:
Duplicate transactions made by the donor
Incorrect amount debited due to a technical error
Conditions:
The donor must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
A valid Razorpay payment ID / transaction reference must be provided.
